It is now my third night In the Parisian suburbs. While I am impressed by the variety of items in the Carrefour across the road (I assure you the Carrefour in Cairo does not carry foisgras, escargot, or champagne), I am over this long delay. We had an opportunity to leave tonight but there were complaints about icy roads so we waylaid passengers begin a new odessey tomorrow via coach from Paris to London.
This trip is one for the record books for sure!

Love the blog! Especially your description of the airport. It's good to write while it's fresh and it somehow feels as if you're getting something from the experience by writing about it.
